ERA is led by Cassandra Gross, who brings more than 10 years of corporate and agency recruiting experience — including developing and securing engineering-firm client relationships within an agency environment.

Her search experience spans civil, structural, bridge, environmental, surveying, geology, design, and engineering leadership roles, with an estimated 15–20 hard-to-fill engineering placements — including a Director of Engineering placement for a firm involved in work connected to the National WWII Museum in New Orleans.
